To the morons saying nerf discharge (i.e. make discharge itself do less damage), all that does is create more explosions necessary per kill. What does that mean? Back to LAG CENTRAL in parties.

If you're going to nerf discharge, increase it's damage and increase it's internal cooldown. So even if you go off once per second you are doing a large boom that won't require 10 booms.

Less damage = more lag
more damage = less lag

I know it sounds dumb, but if they don't remove Discharge completely then they will either have to put a spell buff within CoC and limit it's proc rate even further OR buff discharge so that there are no enemies left required to blow up again.

My thought is they will do the former: but some kind of "additional damage" modifier with CoC itself, and reduce it's chance to proc...so players actually hit harder...but a less number of times.

Will that fuck other builds? probably...but has GGG ever cared about non-mainstream builds they destroy because of nerfs? not really lol.

Whatever...as long as they nerf everything and make a new league at the same time...the new league will ALWAYS have something OP. So I'm not to concerned about it.

Those builds are all fossils now homie.

Compare now to a T1 build now like BV that has 8k+ es, 700k+ dps, inst leech aND high blocks.
