Yeah Ia m pretty ticked about this also. I spent time and currency on the new league building a shield charger and just when he was getting good this happens. I don't think I can do this shit any more to be honest. Enough is enough...

NO!, dont nerf my shield charge character you dicks. I dont understand why theyre nerfing it. I built him to hit once really hard and its been very effective, but i didnt think it was broken or anything. Range is gonna be 60? You wont even be able to get a full charge off if you are moving down. There isnt enough space on the screen.

It was the SC + CoC + DC interaction. They're attempting to make it more difficult to score a crit.

Ok, then find a way to nerf it for that specific build, im not doing that, yet my char is gonna take a hit. This is a game of stats, make the crit rate on it a % lower or something. Hell they did this with attack speed and sunder.

I also dont understand the range change, if i click straight down right now i can start charging immediately. This means i will never be able to get full damage off if im moving straight down.
