" ftfy and the aoe nerf is very significant that even grabbing all the aoe nodes will not get even 1/2 of the AoE it originally had back. Now placing CE on SC is essentially turning it into single target skill....which makes it very clucky at that point. I was going to try out Shield Charge in the future after seeing it get better, but I do not feel it is worth it anymore. In the mean time, discharge gets a buff and coc is giggling on the inside. IF we get a free respec, im fine wih this shit. i repect my shadow yesterday from discharge to shieldcharge. no i feel useless

" Yeah that's hilarious the buffed discharge. If anything that 20 limit was slowing it down somewhat because you had to back and forth with cyclone on large packs. Now its even faster clears!!! " Well even IF this is the case theres ALOT better ways to do this.. The way they just tried effected JUST SC and JUST Discharge more than COC. Discharge is the ONLY thing that needs a nerf where COC is concerned. There is a fine line between Consideration and Hesitation.
