However! I might be able to address some mechanics.

Tooltip DPS never accounts for Bleeding or Poison, so you'll never see a change in tooltip even if you see a change in real DPS. If you mean tooltip dps when you say dps, then that should answer some of your first concerns. If you mean real DPS, that is for a separate thread.

Rapid Decay Support actually shouldn't be doing anything at all, strange that it would reduce your DPS. Support gems with downsides can only apply if they can apply their downsides, while reading only the link up. Since Reave and none of the other Supports have Duration, Rapid Decay should be doing precisely nothing.

EDIT: Unless you replaced Faster Attacks, in which case of course it will lower your DPS as it does nothing plus you lose out on increased attack speed :p

Well yeah that's precisely what happens, I lose DPS because I'm basically on a 5L. :p

It applies once to all your Damage, meaning Poison/Ignite/Bleed benefit twice, yes.
For the purposes of Assassin's Ambush and crit chance/mult bonuses vs enemies on full life:

When using Sunblast + x2 Cheap Construction jewels for 100% reduced trap duration --

If using the Cluster Traps support gem, do all traps go off at the same time when their duration expires? Or they have a minuscule delay and they go off sequentially?

Based on the spirit of the question, you can think of them as having a miniscule delay. The truth is that they all go off simultaneously, but the game does have to process Hits in a certain order - it never lump-sums multiple Hits into one.

So, you'll only get the Critical Strike bonus with one Trap's Hit.

Do the effects of the guardian ascendancy "Radiant Faith" stack if there are multiple guardians in a party in close proximity with reservations running?
Can the physical reflected damage from the Hiltless unique sword crit by itself? If not can it crit with the assistance of the Reckless Defence unique jewel?

No and no. Reflect inherently cannot Crit.

No. Buffs of the same type do not stack unless explicitly mentioned otherwise.
