Not sure about CI & stun immunity but in a Pathfinder build its very Effective for Utility!

Eh. I suppose it does its job, and enables some more people to play budget ES builds. Can't say that's unwelcome. Still, I feel that the 50% drawbacks are just umcalled for. Taste of Hate has no drawback. Atziri's flask has no drawback. Rumi's concoction has no drawback. I don't think this warranted such a harsh drawback, either.

IMO, this could have been absolutely jaw-dropping, yet at the end of the day, it leaves a feeling of "what could have been" in the mouth.

Balanced, I suppose, but completely missed a chance to be really exciting. Sadness.
