Skill Reveal - Lacerate

shame you GGG its so lame!

Who all is able to get lacerate as a quest reward or from vendor? The post only states the duelist but will any of the others get it as well?

Could you use knockback with this and get multiple hits?

I actually like this skill but the 0,7 attack speed multiplier hurts :( I'd like to use it end-game, but Reave beats it in this form. Maybe the only "extra" is that it can be used with axes while reave is not. Any chance to buff this skill a bit?
