Is it better to try and modify this build into Vaal Pact?

Edit: I noticed that Vaal Pact is too far away to obtain for this certain build unless you start off as a shadow.

Is snakebite really worth the lesser frenzy duration, I have issues trying to maintain my frenzy charges at 6.
You could possibly swap Fortify for Poison and then Snakebite for a pair of rare gloves. Your perfect pair would be life, flat phys, % armor, double res and either attack speed or free suffix to mastercraft attack speed.

Would Jack the axe Vaal Hatchet + Blood Seeker Hellion Paw be a good combination for instant leech?

I would lose the onslaught Culling Clear Speed from Relentless Fury though...
Hey guys, just wanted to share with you that this build won't be updated to 2.5.0. It's very likely it'll still work though. I'll be possible making a very similar Blade Flurry build, also budget, but with emphasis on different mechanics.

I actually had you build in 2.4 worked good but had single target issues on t12 and higher. So I tried Blade Flurry without respecing points. It works really good.

So it would be great if you give a 2.5 update for a BladeFlurry Riff Raff Gladiator

This is in your reddit post. Am I understanding correctly? Blade Flurry will go off the off hand aps since it's the appropriate weapon but it'll go off the damage off Doon in the main hand? Or is it just that the main hand is the stat stick location in this case? Kind of confusing, bit new to the game. I guess I'm getting tripped up by my assumption of "main hand=damage".

Doon serves as a stat stick, nothing more. ;)
