uh... sorry, i liked the last set a lot more. These ones are pretty unremarkable, there's nothing particularly interesting to build around or anything that would feel like a meaningful addition to a build.

ummmm...those boots are a worse version of the very common atziri step boots but with;
less spell dodge less life less evasion +31 dexterity. Really GGG, this is not well thought out, all phasing/onslaught rangers will still use atziri's step. | |
