Discharge lagging you? The cure is here!

Hehe yeah my too ...

Ok here we go

QoS = Qualtiy of Service with this you determine how Datapackets in your Network are handeld and when they should be droped if the queue is full

Diffserv or DSCP = just another QoS technique, consumer hardware will use/allow mostly QoS but you can set DSCP values in windows

ISP DNS = DNS Server your ISP is providing to you

DNS availability group = a group of dns servers that will do the work if your ISP DNS Server is faulty/bad, most consumer hardware won't allow this

3 layer switch = a switch that s capable of routing traffic between different subnetworks/vlans, again no consumer hardware

Jumboframes = breaks the standard MTU size of 1500, only usefull if you have a lot of Data to handle, mostly used for backup systems

Linux Firewall Distro = Stateful packet inspection Firewall running on a Intel Atom including webproxy, antivirus/endpoint protection, threat protection/detection and many other things.

I'm running on 1,2 Mbit/s down and 0,63 Mbit/s upload connection with up to 10% packetloss(hope this will change in october) and 2 Players, i have a ping of 33 ms to all EU Gateways and a ping of 150 to Texas Gateway, worst Ping is BR Gateway with 300 ms. And the 2nd player is using a Notebook with a GTX765M with POE in highest settings in 1080p and he has no problems when i run with my discharger.
Selffound FTW!!!!
Hello i have better method. When my ping become >60 and stay at 150 and more, i disconnect and switch on other server with decent ping :p

You must have it, as I am on W10 and did it.

Right click on network connection in notification bar

Unless you are right-clicking on WiFi instead Ethernet in one of first steps. I lack that option there, too. :)

Oh and I have question for forsaken network masters here: what is Large Send Offload v2 (IPv4) and why is it different from vanilla LSO. TY.

OK s ive did this AND ive found that my Jumbo Packet was Disabled.. would it also help us to Enable this as well?

EDIT: Well apparently since ive done both it has made a huge difference in my discharger so far. \m/
Ill have to disable Jumbo Packet again and see if that helped any as well but enabling that while disabling the other stuff so far really helps!
There is a fine line between Consideration and Hesitation.
The former is Wisdom, the latter is Fear.

advanced:

Link Down Power Saving
Link Speed/Duplex Mode
Network Address
Optimal Performance
Receive Buffer Size

thats it nothing else :)

Fix your rig, i'm using a GTX 970 too and FPS goes down to 35-40.

Instead of messing around with your NIC konfiguration you should try to use QoS or Diffserv on your device(Router) or in windows if your device is not capable of QoS or Diffserv, also using dns availability groups helps alot if your ISP dns is crap. I'm using google public dns and opendns

I doubt that many ppl here are using jumboframes or 3 layer switches or even got enough network traffic so LSO/LSC kicks in. I've tested this and it has no effect in my network and yes i got a 3 layer mang. switch and i'm using a Linux Firewall Distro.

My rig? whats that? :o

Your lack of knowing what it is is half of the reason the majority of the kids on this game keep posting parties that be like..
"Maps; no lag pls, I discharge.."
"Maps; no coc, disc, summon, spark, ect ect"
"Maps; you lag, I kick"
Of course, none of them can use proper grammar; but, that's neither here nor there.

If half these morons would learn to..

1. Tune the computers they have.
2. Upgrade the computers they have.
3. Build(not buy pre-built) computers for the intended purpose.
4. Plan for future upgrades.

Then perhaps the other half of the morons would realize their idiocy and stfu.
lolwut

If I dont want fps killer in my party Im a moron? haha...

This game is bad optimized, so much cheese on screen and its become worse year after year. I will not spend 2k on a pc to have a stable fps when the screen will be all cheezy anyway.

Quick fix? Remove the cheezy stuff. Problem solved!
Glowing green mouse cursor plz.
umm... guys?

he has a point.

Here's a video of a flask-spamming summoner running dunes, and you can hardly ever see the ground. He doesn't even have that many auras running.

...I look at the new act 5 boss where you have to hide behind the statues to survive the bullet hell and all I can think is... how the fuck are zombies going to survive that?

They don't know what hiding is... they don't know what dodging is... they are morons.
