... Snail Time ...

Ok, I'm a little calmer now (argh!!!)...just ran two Springs and an Arsenal map...I'm back up to 1%...woo hoo! However, I found the following maps just after running those three:

That sorta made up for things, lol. :D
I very much regret your deaths, but you can see them as opportunities to learn. I think that after so many deaths I have finally learned the lesson...

I have learned to trade, and I like to trade XD. Now I do not care in the slightest the drop of maps, I've even stopped using Chisels. I have already exceeded that, if I need anything I buy it. Unlike Turnip, I have no trouble finding maps sellers or sell my own stuff. Even without a MF character the currency drop and yellow items is enough to make the whole process self-sustaining... Turnip believes that 100 EX. will not be enough. I don't have even a single EX, but I know that everything is fine as it is.

I have learned to be patient. The problem of some (sorry to mention Turnip again) is that they believe have the time playing against them. Time is your friend, time is the only thing (at least in Standar) who is not against you. You can not play many hours? No matter, eventually you get to level 100 if you are patient.

After running a few Gorge at level 98, I've done the math and I have calculated that I need about 350 to 380 Gorge to reach level 99... If I think with a different mentality this will depress me. I still have about 6 Gorge, I have less than 50 Chaos currently. But I know my situation is actually very good. It is only a matter of mentality. At such high levels the worst enemy is yourself, not the monsters.

Come on Turnip, come back to de game, I know that you can do this.

That frame rate LOL

Worth it in the end. ~300 T8 to T13 maps used for last 38% + death, mostly Yellows though.

Death was actually pretty brutal, if not for friend selling me a pile of Gorges/Plats to recover.

/e

Also want to say that over these maps I was actually currency neutral or better (as in, I made currency). Just from selling stuff that I found, selling 20/20 Gems, etc. Normally I also do not do Chaos Recipe, but made the decision to do it as the last 100 or so maps were all Blue to guarantee safety. I think from Map Returns and sales you can definitely sustain at this level.
Grats bro
Harvest sucks! But look at my decked out gear two weeks in!

Labyrinth salt farm miner.

"But my build diversity" , "Game is too hard!" - Meta drone playing the same 1-3 builds for years.
Congrats Sarang!!! :)

I think that RIP really got under my skin last night but because it happened on such a stupid map and could have easily been avoided. Going back with my Bismuth flask I wiped the floor with the same reflect monster that helped take me out.

As I said, playing my slow lumbering Chieftain Incinerator who I just used to grind for currency and maps over the past few weeks really screwed up my playstyle...I just forgot how easy it is to die with my fast moving COC build if you do not take proper precautions. An important lesson learned, that's for sure.

Well based on the map drops I got last night, I think my current pool of T9-13 should be self sustaining...especially with getting a few from Zana as well.

A big congratulations to reach the final goal, Sarang!!!

If only a few days ago someone had told me that I would have a tab full of maps that I do not need, I would have taken him for a fool... My skills to trade are not anything special however here I am:

Before, I always worried about the drop of maps. Now, I have so many that I will have to convert them to the highest level maps (not all but a large part) and sell them to get more Gorges and Plateau... I spent three years without trade and now after a few days trading I feel like a fool XD

97.04%! Snail Time indeed, lol. :)

Rngesus seems to very generous the past few days. Ran some of my T11-T12 maps...got many T10 and T11 drops, a few T12 and T13 and also a T14 which I ran (Plaza)...dang that boss is a big nasty bitch. Had to take her out with my CI Occultist who has almost 2500 regen/sec...easy fight with her. Ended up with more maps than I started with, so that is cool.

I got around 1% for running that T14...definitely need to try to build a stock of them.

Ran into some nastiness when I got muted...no COC spells which sucks. I don't remember this happening a few months ago. Curses are my achilles heel...if I can get my final two Asc points, then all I will need is an Eternal anti curse flask and I'll also be immune to elemental status effects....current one is anti-freeze.

But since I keep getting the same trials over and over again, that might be awhile.

So what is next, Sarang? Btw, did you get an achievement for hitting 100?
97.08%...moving right along!

It is sad that running Gorges and Plateaus gives the same exp per hour as some red maps...although some did give me a bit higher.

Survived my first Uber Lab experience without dying, got my final two Ascendancy points and holy mother of Izaro...my Pathfinder is now a beast! Master Alchemist is nuts...immunity to elem status effects, 40% increased elem damage and 20% chance to shock, freeze and ignite...with COC the damage from the shocks pushed my damage and clear speeds up even higher...she's a flask chuggin' terror. 8)

Got a legacy Surgeons with anti-curse and now I'm afraid of nothing!

Great day...wiped the floor with Uber Izaro, got my first Core Map drop along with more maps than I started with. If I can keep this up, 98 won't be too far away. ^_^
97.15%

Tearin' shit up, build up my map pool (reds too) and being very careful when I map.

Taking things a bit slower than before...Actkqk, I like your idea of The Dude Abides approach.

Exp per hour seems to be around 10 million for lower tier maps...with some higher tier I've sustained 12-13m, but I can't seem to get above that.

It will take some time, but I'll get there. :-)

Thanks Sarang...I do have a hard time playing "slow" since my Basalt and Silver flasks are up constantly which keeps me at around 120% movement speed. I think that was part of the reason I rip'd the other day...I got used to playing my slow lumbering Chieftain...running around at this higher speed requires a lot of focus...especially with the Frostbolt/Ice Nova COC madness I'm doing. The extra 40% increased damage and 20% chance to freeze from Master Alchemist is slowing enemies even more...so combined with my Blasphemy/Temp Chains set up I'm getting much faster clears...it's awesome.

Thankfully I've got my build and gear finely tuned so that reflect monsters are not a hazard...just pop a few flasks, kite if needed and take them out.

It is great coming back after building up a good stash of maps. I run a few T11s, find a few reds, run one or two of those and then run a few Gorges and Plateaus. Zana helps keep me stocked and I'm finding lots to replenish so I should have plenty of maps to keep me going.

97.17%...and I'm done for the night. And I'm not even drunk (damn it). :D

P.S. Wait...no achievement for hitting level 100? That's lame...seriously...there should be a "POE Master Badass" title or something.
