What is the mod that makes monsters you kill turn into ball lightning totems?

I've to say that even ranged and in soft core i feel like I'm doing something wrong with less than 5k+ life.
Heralds are nasty, but 3,6k life it's pushing the odds too much. For an Emperor to be just, an Emperor must be patient.

" It all depends on other defenses. With 75% block/spell block it would be ok-ish to run around with 4k on SC. You'd have to be really careful with damage mods of maps (and on rares), some hard hitting mobs to not get one-shot, but it should be doable. Also, having high armor and ~80% ele resists makes your effective lifepool higher (and easier to pot). Also, huge life pool won't save you from everything - barrage of corpse projectiles from dozen Gulls, which stand next to Physical Aura Totem, on a extra damage map is always scary as fuck. (Also, Vulnerability :P) Real knowledge is to know the extent of one's ignorance.

" I agree but you are talking about SC, and for SC you just have to be safe enough to get a chance to keep leveling up. You can afford to attempt hard content after a level up. I said that for my tastes i prefer to have 5000+ life because i don't really like to rip. With 4k for sure you still aren't safe enough if you think you have just one life and hard hits can just not be blocked and come less mitigated. For an Emperor to be just, an Emperor must be patient.

" Thanks for quoting my whole post, and not responding to only first sentence. :P I have 4k HP on my Raider (87 so far), with Arctic Armor, and I don't have trouble with staying alive. And this is a yolo, 2h build. So, again, it is doable, but I'd never go with such build on HC. Just saying that you don't always need 5k hp to level up. Real knowledge is to know the extent of one's ignorance.

No worries mate, i just mean that for my own taste i prefer extra safety even on SC. But that's me :)

" You don't need to skip Obelisk mobs, but you do need to be careful around them. If you see them in the future, you can lure them back and take one out at a time. If you do it right, you won't have to stand in front of any totems to kill each mob, and when the last one of the pack dies, all the totems vanish. This bloodline mob can be scary in tight spaces and/or if you just kill a bunch, but not all of the mobs without paying attention.
