A couple of tens of pages ago there was an agreement that ascendancy points may be earned in a way to please both people who like lab, as well as people who hate it to the guts. And it won't require too much efforts of developers, as long as there's any will.

Well, we're all veteran players here. But you know that Mathil's video that Regulator linked, he says the point of the video is to show that the lab isn't as hard and time consuming as some claim. I agree it isn't, surprisingly enough it's in a good spot for an average Joe build but that doesn't mean you can jump straight in, some practice is in order and it seems there are those that expect to run it blindfolded right off the bat and complain if they can't.

I mean, sure, they probably can if they're running some phys reduction regen tank but same goes for trying Phoenix with an RF build. Complaining it's a piss easy boss because you're running a deck that counters him well does seem misinformed.

I think just because some people have adapted their builds or playstyles to not feel threatened by the traps doesn't mean they should be removed or discounted as being not worth your time. They obviously pose some sort of threat or we wouldn't be having any discussion about them, now would we?

Couldn't help myself. But easy now, raics. You will remove one of the only counter arguments some people in here are using: We don't like the lab because we suck, and because we're not half as good as them.

They are just trolling. I don't know if they even believe the things they say when they troll like that. Some people think that trolls do what they do because they like antagonizing others. This is only indirectly true. Forum trolls say things because it makes them feel good, really not for any other reason. These same skills can be handy when trolling most anywhere on the Internet. Just because they troll instead of other things like making valid arguments, it doesn't mean that they couldn't make valid arguments. It just means that they like trolling better because it makes them feel good.

On the other hand, I see no point in that argument, everything in PoE can be cheesed in one way or another. If there was something in the game that can't be cheesed I'd send a doctor over to their office because someone from game design might be seriously ill as we speak. Or police, he might be kidnapped and replaced with an impostor.

I think they really tried to make the labyrinth traps un-cheesable. That's why they made them ignore base defences. So maybe you should send help as well? With a doctor or police or like we do with this thread?
