Who still can not "Ascend" and why?
" LOL @ this reaction. He just asked a question, dude. :D Since when is a simple curiosity (not even about your anatomy or anything, just about the topic at hand) some sort of personal invasion? It could have just been ignored if it was that big of a deal. The Internet cracks me up. :) "What's your name?" "I DON'T HAVE TO TELL YOU THAT! ... It's Jim Wallawallabingbang ... but WHY?!?!" -VG- Invited to Beta 2012-03-18 / Supporter since 2012-04-08 Last edited by VideoGeemer#0418 on Mar 16, 2016, 9:21:13 PM

Currently 2/3 Merc Lab. Only problem I have is a few of the various fight mechanics are a bit wonky- the charges for example. But it's far from a real problem. I remember the days when the Merc Vaal rocks were the BBEG for all squishy builds, now no one even talks about em. It's just learning the mechanics mostly imo, which is why people are so bitchy about it. New stuff will always cause problems because most people fear change. Maybe GGG will do some tinkering with the fight mechanics soon, maybe not. I'm sure as hell not going to let the occasional weirdness ruin my enjoyment of the game. And when I finally get my build balanced enough to face tank Izzy, those last 2 ascensions points will be as sweet as killing Merc vaal in hc on a melee EVA build.

" I will admit i'm kinda astonished of this design after all bad feedbacks malachai got in awakening regarding the spam in area and the lack of place to move with good feelings. I guess there are some reasons that only GGG know but yeah ... not super fun for many builds i think. Hf :)

But there _is_ room to move. The traps aren't everywhere at the same time, you can use the space to dodge or run around Izaro. You just have to look at where you can and where you can't go at the moment.
Just one additional thing to watch for during the fight. I like it. The more you depend on forces outside yourself, the more you are dominated by them.

" Well, i didn't say in the official forum, i just noticed how there is an ongoing dialogue with some developers (i think even in the bug-forum?). If it's too focused on reddit, then that is a different issue, but it's there. Also their support-people are super great, at least to me. |
