Last time a perandus coffer placed near a perandus chest didn´t open. Report number is 4177086720. |

You all are killing the mobs too far away from the chests. It doesn't matter if you clear the entire map. It doesn't matter if there are 0 remaining or whatever.
Those chests have an AOE mechanic to them, where if you do not kill the Perandus mobs within a certain distance from the box, it will remain locked. The easiest way to avoid the chests staying locked, is to literally stand right next to the box. You have a little bit of leeway, but not much. The ONLY thing that may be considered a bug, is when two chests are so close to each other, that the mobs intermingle and you can't differentiate what mobs go to which box. " I'm not sure if thats the issue. I've had 0 chests, that stayed locked in the first week, but today there were already 4 of them. If they changed the way it works, then its a very bad change :( |

![]() I'm terribly sorry that I don't charge facefirst into 15something mobs as a ranged character, but instead actually kill them at... range. If those mobs are supposed to guard the damn chests, why the French do they charge you from almost 2 screens away, instead of staying -relatively- close to the chest? P.S. " Well, given that the devs never indicated there was a range restriction to be considered, I think it's safe to assume this is actually a bug. Additionally, I had one instance where the box and the mobs are all within the single viewable screen, so that definitely has to be close enough you would think. I did note there was some landscape blocking line of site to the box, but I don't think that is likely to be the source of the issue as last night I was clearing the Warehouse District and encountered one of those mobs with the giant energy shield. The box was actually inside the building, part of the shield and part of the mob were on the outside and as I was killing them the energy line was going through the wall without a problem. So that all seemed to be working just fine. The trigger that either respawns or clears the mobs after the final kill is definitely bugged. Given that this league is all about Perandus I hope that we'll hear something soon from the Devs, but probably not till tomorrow given that today is a public holiday for them. |
