[2.3 Video Guide] Crit Ball Lightning Inquisitor [HC/SC & Atziri Viable]

I have some survivability problems with this build in late game. I can't afford this expensive flask right now but will it make huge difference?
With my MysticDawn lvl 69 character i die a lot in late act 4 just before malachai.
(Three bosses in closed rooms)
Im not sure if leveling will help because i die in 2 or 4 seconds from maligaro for example.
Could you tell me what can I possibly do?


Otherwise I had a blast with this build :P, really nice clear speed.

PS; I have ~3200 hp and 1700 ES, tooltip shows 3400 dps

The flask makes a very big difference yes, but you honestly shouldn't have issues at that level. What is your resistances like?

My elemental resistances are capped, even slightly over the cap, something like 80, 94, 120. Fire, cold and lightning respectively.
My chaos sits at -40% in merc. Now when I look at it, I think I know why I'm dying :).
I guess I will buy amulet with chaos res and shield with it maybe or try to use amethyst flask.
I completely forgot about chaos res :).

or you can help say to bee coolest to buy from Uniq body armor?

I'm 78 HC (4.2k life 1.8k es) running your build with a sire of shards 5l (bl, echo, crit, slower, fcasting) with two curses on hit -warlords (lifeleech) + enfeeble- and I feel i'm going to instantly die to a reflect rare: if I didn't have my topaz flask up + lifespam potions I would just die.

How can I deal with it?

Unless you wanna go low-life a Shavronne's not going to be the best choice.

Try getting a good rare armor instead with the suggest affixes from the guide.

- 1x Surgeon's Granite Flask of Ironskin
- 1x Surgeon's Quicksilver Flas of Adrenaline

Note: If you obtain a Taste of Hate use that instead of the Granite Flask.

That is actually a mistake. It is the basalt flask you should remove. My bad :)

how do you feel about dropping a couple jewel slots or nimbleness and getting whispers of doom? I'm playing this in HC (levels very nicely), could knockback be worked into the 5l somehow? maybe instead of Inc AOE (and then get the witch aoe nodes?)...

If you can find a way to effectively apply 2 curses then sure go for it, then same goes for your knockback idea :)
