Nope, gloves are bad for this specific build, as neither poison evangelists or flame sentinels really benefit more from the added damage than the craftable 15% dmg, besides the fact they dont have 200+ es. Poison is a better replacement for dps anyways, if ur looking for that. Stone golem is better defensive. Easy as that. Really great build. I play very similar one for over a year already with x4 sentinels. Just reached lv97 and went to core map. (never been there before) and Im really surprised now, because I killed him with 2 deaths and these death's were 100% my position mistakes. During whole fight i lost 5 zombies only. (spectre sentinels were lv67 lab ones!) As for core 3 sub bosses, they were a complete joke.
