No, stash tabs you buy are available in any league you play. They're not consumables.

Public tabs are available in a special API that is usable by third-party indexing websites to efficiently index all the items in near real time.

So it's a lot more efficient to have a premium tab and just set the price once and forget about it, than to bother with procurement.

Again, I will convert some of mine to premium, i have some coins laying around. But a f2p player will be stuck with procurement. And anyone who just bought regular tabs as well, unless they want to upgrade.

I would recommend Acquisition. It works essentially the same way as the upgraded tabs except that it won't be as easy for people to snipe items from you if you undervalue them. It also counts your currency for you and converts it to chaos and/or exalts using ratios you give it. It's pretty excellent overall for that feature alone, even if you don't use it to manage a shop. You can also set up tab wide buyouts for any type of tab and price things individually.

From what I can see, they carry on to whatever league you are playing, they seem account-wide purchases. I have 25 in Standard, and when I made a low level Talisman character to test some stuff, I still had 25 in Talisman.

So basically if I bought 10 Stash Tabs in Standard and 10 Stash Tabs in Temp League they'll co-exist in their respective realms? If this is the case then yeah I guess it does seem fairer now since I really think you'd only need 10-20 tabs and probably with the new system maybe 4 of those tabs dedicated for market.

How does this new trading system work? I think I had got a premium stash tab bundle recently.

Your points are all valid, especially the safety aspect, I've already repeated myself on where I stand and i don't think anyone wants to read it again.

But for what it's worth you definitely missed out on acquisition compared to procurement, it loads 100 quicker, is easier to use and almost fully automated.

You buy 100 Premium tabs and you'll have those in your stash on each league. All empty at the start of a new league, it's an awesome feeling.

Meanwhile, to those complaining on a point of precious p2w principle...

This is a convenience feature being added. It is not remotely p2w - you don't need it in order to play any or all of the game.
You don't need any extra tabs to play; I've got league characters on my second account to high 80's (running the highest maps then available) with only the four basic stash tabs.
You don't need to trade to do any or all of the game, either. Some challenges will probably be out of reach but you can pretty much manage, especially if you play standard. It'll take ou longer to gear for the top maps and Atziri, too, but it'll happen.
If you want to trade extensively, then you'll find extra stash tabs useful. It's a choice. It's not p2w.
And now, if you want to trade extensively and more easily, you'll need to get the extra tabs.
Or play SF and don't worry, that's as viable as it ever was.


Personally I have plenty of premium tabs on my main. Don't trade at all. Will I, because of this change...? Well, I'm not compelled to, and I don't fancy interrupting my game to answer trade queries, and I don't want to replace the excitement of finding a good drop with the tedium of trading for a new one and the envy of an ever better one too expensive, and I could care less for pixel wealth, so probably not. But I can see that people happy to trade will gain by this, so fine.

Maybe the default will become 3+1 with the +1 being earned at A1C or similar. That seems reasonable. Three tabs is fine when you're just starting and really you needn't be considering trading any earlier. Botters will have bought extra tabs anyhow, I don't doubt.

The point is that is a NEW FEATURE and everyone should enjoy it . From your statement is like paying $$$ to run labiryinth after all u dont need the enchantments/ascendancy classes its a CONVENIENCE. Im not much of a trader playing poe for quite some time now and i never used aquisition before talisman because i didnt know what it was. I just cant understand why players make such a big deal if ggg gives JUST 1 premium tab to all players

PS : would be much more different if GGG would support some of the 3rd party software or add a link thowards them.(adding community wiki link is a good start)
