Yet Another Map drop Rant

It doesn't matter if map drops are fine or not fine at the macro level.

The whole system feels unsatisfying. I want to see a better end-game progression system.

Basically, if you are not racing to 100, there is no point of doing maps higher than T12, you won't be getting desired map returns.

There is. It is called fun. Or enjoyment.

POE is a game. Wiki has to say on games:

"
A game is structured form of play, usually undertaken for enjoyment and sometimes used as an educational tool.

Nah. It is like telling someone who does not know how to gain high tier maps that it is possible and he should rethink his own strategy. His playstyle is flawed. Not the game.

For instance he spend 20C on domination which by itself is enough to buy a tier 13 map. 5 Shrines are not worth it. Also he does not use vaal orbs or use atziri fragments.

Also 2 maps for sample size? -.- Do i even need to comment on this?

Actually I said this was just the latest. I have been running maps the entire league and Play quite a bit 4-6 hours a day. I can full clear just about any mods quickly.

You are assuming that I haven't run tons of maps and just randomly decided to buy 2 and am bitching about it, You are wrong. I have done everything that is supposed to happen to increase your map pool. Some people stated that I was only focusing on IQ not pack size. But the two pretty much go hand in hand. I roll the maps to have high iq and pack size of at least 15% generally 20. On top of that I vaal quite a few of them and throw some sac pieces in. (though i don't like using them that much as I like to run atziri as well) I am far from a noob, I don't claim to be all knowing or perfect but in playing this game since open beta having multiple chars over lvl 90 varying builds and also having 80+ level toons in HC I do know a thing or two about how things work. I have also posted on this topic before about the gating of content behind RNG which Does not take skill or understanding to overcome it takes LUCK. Out of the last 20 t10+ runs I have done I have had one map drop off a boss, and that was a t10 off a t12 boss. The other 19 encounters which at least 5 of them were twined didn't drop a single map, I am not even saying a single even level or higher but not even a t1 map. THAT is bad RNG and you may have had 12 or 15 drop for a similar sample size or you may have had 20 drop from 5 runs That doesn't mean you are a better player, that you know more or that you have some magic ability it simply means you were fucking lucky with the rolls so please get off your soap box and stop coming across as an elitist. If you have some insightful feedback please share but if your just simply going to say Im lucky so you must suck please do everyone a favor and keep your inane comments to yourself.
