New theory for Rhoa feathers:
Different stack sizes trigger different little changes when farming in the mud flats. (I just used a 9 element stack and a 1 Element stack and I had 12 times in a row that the boss droped exactly one rare item) I changed to a 5 feather stack and the boss nearly dropped only white items. Perhaps this is just random and I saw a phantom. I need to do more tests. Much more tests.) How I got that theory: Look at this very old post: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/497852 look at the first post with "New Plate Vest art". Look at the name of the file: The picture name: http://webcdn.pathofexile.com/public/chris/feathers.jpg What does the picture tell us? That the Rhoa Feathers are somehow connected with farming in the mud flats. THAT what the guy in the picture posted If you find additional information in that picture (an other theory) feel free to post here. EDIT: I am still not sure if it is random or not. I found another special "thing".
If you go to "The climb" there is a place with a "Lioney's Standard". If you go there for the first time and kill monsters there will remain blood on the ground: There is a picture highlighting that at: http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Supporter_newsletter_41 The picture link at the end with: "  If you look at the picture you can see the blood left of the flask.
