Hello, I have a question, since so many LLBV builds around and all slightly different.

" Hi sir. Regardless of output damage, L21 Increased Critical Damage is better than L4 Empower. According to assassin's specialization (+40%) it grants an efficient damage boost and allows me to one shot Uber bosses as well as its split phases.
