The only people who can judge what's legit or not is GGG.
There's options available for those who don't wish to participate under GGG's rules for the open market economy of the game. And there's an included safe checking system in the trade window for those that do. As a buyer or seller, a player is responsible for their own butt out there. No one player is entitled to more hand-holding than the next. |

All that being said, the important thing here is that people realise that one can easily change the message from poe.trade, and be more careful about it.

" No, what this player is doing is a scam. Bargaining would be asking to have it for 4c instead of 5c, this player was deceitful in trying to get a lower price. That is a scam. |
