Don't you think that "4% reduced Mana Reserved" should be in "Auras" section, not in Life/Mana/ES"?

I'm having issues to import a passive skill tree from official site, the shorten url is http://poeurl.com/Ahj (I'm pasting the full version of the url when I importing of course)

But nothing happen when I pressed the import button, and got some errors in the console, see screenshot



I have tried both Chrome 49 for Mac and Safari 9.1 none of them works
