Favorite Cheese?

I love cheese and I'm living in Italy where we have plenty of good cheese ( as someone already said, Pecorino, Parmigiano Reggiano and Mozzarella, just to say some famous ones) and it's hard to pick just one - but if I have to it'll be Gorgonzola!

I have yet to regret a 'jong belegen' cheese; semi-matured I think? Plenty of choice there (The Netherlands, need I say more) and it's all good stuff. Additionally, Amsterdammer old cheese is pretty awesome, for those times a stronger taste is desired.

Kerrygold Dubliner cheese...damn tasty stuff.
Yum...ok, now I have to pick some up after work to go with the hearty whole wheat sourdough bread I baked last night. :D |
