yep so its exactly not like Shav's as you lose your lowlife bonuses. seems kinda useless - it really only allows one more aura on life with bloodmagic support but then you cant reserve alot of your mana, seems pointless.

Assuming the main point of low life is in fact PA then it is useless. Do people go attack based low life now a days?

It could be BiS for Hybrid build.

Nah, main reason people go Low-Life is to run more Auras, which this lets you do. It could be a useful budget option.

Dual wielding would be an option as-well.

Is the perfect form the upgraded version of the arctic chest? If so, it's actually worse then it's base-line version in my opinion.

It seems to be the "upgraded" version, and while they're very different, I don't think it's worse. It's just for a different build. It gives you phase acro without having to get acro. That's a nice 30% spell dodge, an amazing skill for evasion based characters.
The removal of arctic armour reservation allows you to run additional aura, allowing you to slap some extra defences on a character without having more of a cost than a gem socket.
Also it gives % increased dex. I don't know, but to me it seems pretty much BiS for siege ballistas. Sure, briskwrap would give a little more dex, but the defences the perfect form offers are incredible!

I'm not sure if there are any benefits, but 100% reduced reservation also means you can technically support Arctic Armor with every gem you want, not sure if there are any that matter though.
