Vinktar Square and Vessel of Vinktar are presumably gated behind the last Agnerod. Coruscating Elixir is div-card only and the div card hasn't been enabled yet.
The remaining Talisman-exclusive stuff is puzzling. Eyes of the Greatwolf is presumably the T4 unique talisman, but if the three remaining Rigwald drops work anything like Atziri does I'd expect to have seen one or two more of them by now, given that there are 25 Crests on poe.trade. " The usual pattern is that we don't find out until shortly before the end of the league, but I would find it surprising if they didn't make the talismans a permanent feature, making only the belts legacy. I agree.
I find it very very odd only 3 items will be going league legacy when warbands had like 10. Part of the allure of the league is exclusive items. This time we only have...3 belts non of which are too remarkable. http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Warbands_league IGN: Arlianth
