What the...? 70% damage and (I assume) up to 60% max mana? I'd love to have this on my Mind over Matter caster! If the doubling is global then that's easily the strongest item to come out for some time.

Talisman fever has been removed from the OP, and everything is now back to normal. All 2.1.0 uniques discovered so far except for TGU and Eyes should now be added to the main indexes. The Brand New Uniques and Recently Released Uniques sections will continue to serve the same function that the spoiler at the top of the post did for the past few days.

" Well I highly daubt you can roll two Avian Twins mods on Greatwolf (just imagine 100%cold as fire AND 100%fire as cold...), nevertheless lets get 100% lightning as fire and 12% additional phys reduction, lightning coil, rise of the phoenix, purity of fire and arctic armor... this would be pretty neat phys+light+fire reduction IGN Bzyk
