Looking for good TV Series

if you like dark fantasy, you should definately go for game of thrones.

You could get some ideas from this.

Deadwood is pretty good,gritty cowboy/western style setting,if you've not already watched it(2004).

The Listener (Canadian series) is quite good if you ignore the convoluted 1st season...
If you enjoy your dramas with a side-dish of comedy, you can't go wrong with Castle, Chuck and Psych.
