You're welcome, forums. Someone had to do it.
except it's "brah, do you even lift?"
then again, some versions go with "bro, do you even lift?"
ahhh who i'm kidding, there's no right way to do this.

loosing weight is easy... because it requires for you to do less (of eating)... sub all your carbs snaks for low carb veggies (by snaks I mean all of your carb sources- 30g or less a day), and eat lean (no fat)... drink some water and you good to go... a lot of people say to work out, but I see bunch of chubbies doing cardio for years.. I wonder why they are not loosing weight :P
That's funny, cause I'm the complete opposite. I have no diet at all, i eat whatever I want; fast food 5 times a week (DISGUSTING), but I hit the gym and work out very extreme 5 times a week too. And I'm not just fit, I got the 6 pack going and I'm actually very very fit.
Truth is you just need balance, dieting and working out are just as important. But some people (like peeps who were athletes like myself throughout high school) respond a lot better to working out. While others can respond really well to dieting (most likely they don't have a great metabolism)

Calisthenics in the room - pushups pullups some lifting (mostly shoulders). So, if you like to drink beer while playing then everytime you leave the room to get one you have to do a set...same goes for reentry. Works for me...you hit half a dozen sets before you know it...by then you're tired, exercised, and ready to chill and play.
Also...park as far away from destination as I can (lengthen walks)
Skip every other step and always take stairs...stuff like that
Hiking..nice to get out away from the screen glare.
sounds like fat people tactics lol
how bout just man up and get a fukking gym membership and lift heavy 3x a week while taking a multi?
My bids expire after 12h.

None of that advice makes any sense.
Weight loss comes from eating fewer calories, not less fat and certainly not "no" fat. You need plenty of fat in your diet. You also need carbs if you're active, which you should be.

Cardio burns calories which contributes to establishing the deficit necessary to drive weight loss; if you see "chubbies" doing cardio, it's because they're eating too many calories afterward or just starting a new routine.
Also, cardio and resistance training contribute to whole body health including cardio-respiratory endurance, higher resting metabolism, greater nutrient utilization, stronger bones and joints, and greater physical stamina. There's more to health than just what the scale says.
Also I agree with what this guy said, and others should too. I've taken some nutrition/anatomy/biology classes in my time.
There are bad, and good fats. Bad, and good carbs (well complex and simple, and simple is really just sugar). Even when I'm cutting I don't take those away, in fact I usually still get 50 grams of fat and nearly 200 grams of carbs a day when i'm cutting (and a shit ton of protein, which my body isn't able to use but will still convert into calories to give me energy); difference is I pick really healthy fats and very complex carbs.

Simplicity works, just be consistent. Even when i was natty, i could still devour most of what i wanted.
just dont be a pansy. The only thing i can see people holding back is gym memberships are expensive as fuark. But well worth it
I play on avg around 4hours per day

i just mind what i eat, with that i mean i eat what i want but no seconds.
Go swimming 2 times a week after work for 1-2 hours
and tbh i dont need a sixpack or super buff body, thats not who i am.
i enjoy feeling fit. Not obese but blocky, i guess thats due to swimming for years.
Tends to broaden shoulders and chest legs etc, not bodybuiling like but just enough.
Cant stand being inside a gym. smelly place + never enjoyed indoor (dry) training. Feels unnatural to me.

Hiking is definitely fat people tactics...good job on the logic.
Do take a multi..I'm 6'2 185lbs...lean. I do have a gym membership (24hrs) but I work two jobs some 10-16 hours a day while going to school...don't have much time for POE at all let alone lifting at 1-3am at night. Again, good job on the logic...guess I have to "man up" according to your world.
Thread is about a variety of styles to help the OP out. OFC it ultimately boils down to understanding your own body...different metabolisms for example.
