Balancing your weight and PoE.

I used to be fit, so I know my body can be awesome. What I plan on doing is running every morning before work, I need to get that run up to 1.5 miles. And also pushups and situps. And eating breakfast everyday helps.

A 30 minute session lifting hand weights whilst watching game videos, waiting for a party or the trade channel will do wonders if you do no exercise at all.

Lift 3 times a week and cardio in between. More important, eating healthy balanced meals.
I have a fucked up leg, so my options are limited, but what I try to do is do 10 pushups or sit ups every hour I play. Key word in that sentence: "try". It is a small amount but if you game for 5 hours, that's 50 pushups. It doesn't take a lot of time and isn't all that intensive but it does help a bit.
Did I ever tell you what the definition of insanity is? Insanity is doing the exact same fucking thing over and over again expecting shit to change. That. Is. Crazy. The first time somebody told me that, I dunno, I thought they were bullshitting me, so, I shot him. The thing is...He was right.
