Balancing your weight and PoE.

What do you guys do to stay fit?

I've been drinking 4 litres of water daily and levelling non stop. Pretty hardcore I think. :D
When I get hungry ill salvage anything, when it comes to working out, count me last. I'd rather play PoE.

You're welcome, forums. Someone had to do it.

A very short run every one or two days goes a long way.
I try and do a few pushups and curls before sitting down to game. Because once i start im just going to drink beer and play the game the rest of the night after work.
I have a different problem...I have trouble gaining weight. No matter how much I eat my body just doesn't want to store calories. I recently bought some protein powder called "Carnivor Mass" in attempt to put on some weight. I do gain muscle mass; I'm up 5 pounds of muscle mass.

Things I do:
  • I only drink water or non-concentrated juices, almond milk for cereal.
  • I do not eat read meat
  • I do not eat chocolate
  • I eat granola and fruit for breakfast every morning
  • I do not eat fried foods
  • I eat a spinach salad with every dinner meal I have

Things I should do
  • Quit Smoking
  • Work Out

I still go for the occasional run, but when I got out of the military I didn't really take care of myself - in doing such I paid the price...blood-pressure medication every day now. So, I've tried to change my eating habits, next will be smoking, and then onto a fitness routine. I've changed over time though - first I cut out soda, then started eating breakfast(which I hated at first), etc etc.

The hardest thing will be the smoking :/

Burn the heretic!
Lifting weights, best for hardcoregamers. Only takes half an hour every other day and keeps you fit and healthy. Buy some weights, place them in the room where your computer is and when they patch or if you crash, lift some ;D

cheapest training is pushups and chinups, but you got to do them every day to keep it going.
