" I figure u can mix them around if one has a corrupted Mjolner that's 2 blue, 1 white in sockets. Although that's sorta rare itself. But use Innervate for 99% of maps, and the 1% to use Empower being situations dealing with map bosses/high health unique monsters etc. |

I been leveling up a scion for the low life variant but funds are running low so I may transition to this one. Right now I have two candidates for this build
Level 75 Scion (all passive points from Bandits) Level 77 Witch (Passive, Passive, Powercharge) Which of these two should I respec for? I was just looking and with the Witch, I could skip instability and lose the 4% spell damage per power charge and pick up the endurance node under devotion and have 1 more passive to allocate. Maybe use it in case I don't get all the STR or INT from gear. I don't know. I don't want to spend another 24 hours leveling another character to 75 Last edited by sneakyJ on Aug 4, 2015, 12:09:51 AM

Just did a test for my own curiosity (not a e-peen contest) because I'd love to see how the Scold's bridle does in regards to this -

But I run wrath in maps and have substantially a lot more APS. If someone could post a phase 2 Dom kill so I can see if its worth sinking the currency into one would be great. I didn't wanna wait for the Stat Screenshots. Just took a leap of faith and got the +1 Voidbringer. I trust Viviere won't let me down :D

SaiyanZ, you can solve that by picking up some life regen.
On another note. I loved this build up until now, but now... I ADORE IT. The tanky version is insane!! I'm facetanking 78 Academy like it's nothing. Viviere this build is evolving ever better! Gonna wait until 95 to do more Uber runs and few other stupidly tuned map bosses. " This depends on what version of my build you are going for, but i think ill reccomend the witch in eighter case. for the armor build, its too much of a strech to get the extra power + endurance charge, its hardly worth it, just keep the build as listed | |

Tested your version SaiyenZ and giant nop for me tbh. Your statement about Maligaros being BiS no matter what is way off. The amount of Power charges you actually drop is borderline retarded.
