my lv 19 animate guardian has got 32 k life, almost the same gear with Leer cast and Dying Breath

Hi, I have a question regarding the weapon slot. I'm not ready for midnight bargain, but I am overcapped in resists, so I don't need resistance on my weapon.

Would Heartbreaker or Ephemereal Edge be the best option for me? Or any other weapons I've missed.

My Life & ES without a weapon is 3686 life, 5054 ES. Chaos resist i capped.

Heartbreaker:
* Culling strike for firestorm/spectres
* flat ES (170 ES for me)
* 10 faster ES recharge

Ephemeal edge:
* 48% increased maximum ES (770 ES for me)
* -10% life (-360 life for me)

Can't decide. Please help me :)

I'm just using a rare wand with +2 fire gems, 20% chaos res and cast speed/. +2 fire gems for Purity of Fire.

When is a good time to use Animate Guardian? What Gem lvl will mean he won't die?
