How do people get 1k+ dps at lvl ~60?

I am L64 and hitting 10k DPS on Infernal Blow tooltip with anger + wrath. Yes, 10,000 not 1000.
You can find EVERYTHING from this post. Feel free to ask. :) You do not want to use DEFAULT ATTACK ever for anything. Ok, I just got lucky, a ring dropped:
Boosted my dps of both double strike and ls by 100! Now, I've swapped the armour aura for a haste aura to increase my attack speed and ms. Seemed reasonable considering how tanky ive become through passives. All in all it's looking brighter now! All I need now is a 5-link chest with 2 green gem slots and a faster attacks support gem! *EDIT* Got hold of 2 Fast attack support gems! Now, I only need a good linked armour chest/gloves/head so that I can link fork + fast attack + ls + element dmg + phys dmg sitting at 950dps with ls now! *EDIT2* Should I aim to get "Resolute Technique"? 1050 dps with lightning strike now! Also, a quick question, when I'm looking for a new 1h, should I aim for a sceptre or an ordinary mace?

Woop! 1200 dps lightning strike, gambled and won 2 times in a row. Through 2 alchs I got
20% ms, 24% allres, pretty neat and my LS is insane now (at least compared to the 650dps ls i had a couple of hours ago). Also, picked up one of these for a total of 4% life leech/mana leech | |

Update! 6 socket chest, 1550 dps on the ls 1100 dps on the double strike!
I started out with 650 dps on the ls this morning, pretty good increase over a day! | |

Btw, would a Rime gaze be a useful head? I'm at 500 ES right now, so getting a Rime would bump it to 1k in addition to the concentrated effect which would bring my molten shell to ~3.5k dmg
