You think I don't play leagues? I simply know from my own experience in this game, so I can empathise with the people who think this is a bad move. I won't be quoting my "gaming" history which has no relevance at all. Make your assumptions but I have already stated the reasons on why the new tiers are completely unecessary.

You can talk about how the reaction of most people about the new T1s is totally overblown, because it is. However you also can't discount what StDrakeX is saying about the new T1s being totally pointless. They are. As it is, a perfectly geared character on live will be able to effortlessly crush everything the new expansion is bringing. Those new T1s are not needed to handle that content and are not something that the average player is going to be attaining.

They are even less likely to be utilized on temporary leagues in any meaningful way as something that must exist to combat content. The player power needed to combat all content in beta is already there, there was no real need for new T1s. Sidegrade mods would have been a better investment, entirely new ones and adjustments of existing ones.

If I do 4.8mil DPS with my old bow then swap to the new bow which is lets say a 2% DPS increase oh boy that's so fucking good but no no it's the amount of fucking work it went through like trading forever in standard was not a fun thing to do let me tell that you that ( in b4 RMT ) but fuck it degrades the persons achievement into getting that gear which why I sympathize with the standard users.

It wasn't needed like at all like what you think anything will survive 4.8mil DPS let alone the next batch of T1 if AXN decides to even make it? No of course a 2% DPS increase isn't going to do anything.

So wouldn't that mean their current mirrored gear will remain top available? Unless somebody else wants to go through all the trouble to craft better gear, the current stuff will maintain its value.
