(But yeah, they probably are constantly throwing around ideas, and have some that are labeled "not now", that will be already on the block for whenever Act 5 brainstorming starts.) Spoiler Act 5 contains drop bears on Trampolines. I thought this would be an Act 4 inclusion, but now I fear I was mistaken.
