That's actually sort of my point. Although I'd never do something like steal someone's gear, if someone went wrong, it'd be totally out of my hands. I can't spawn items; I can't manipulate the game at all.

I'd LOVE to offer this sort of service but I feel ill-equipped to do so. Septile feels otherwise and I am in complete acquiescence. I doubt I'm the only moderator who would feel uncomfortable about it though. :)

Starting to get that player moderator corruption vibe, I remember how the players moderators In Runescape were holding onto duped party hats for some players, and those players sell it for r/l money then which the player moderators gets a cut in gold in game(There are no poor player moderators in Runescape)

Your posting history is full of diatribe against the player-volunteers who give up their time (playing time, most often) to try to serve this community in a number of ways. Were I a corrupt mod, I'd put you on probation for a month without a second's thought.

But I'm not, so...I'll just say 'watch your step.'

I really think mods shouldn't interfere with this. Scams are a part of the game. If you trust someone with your item and he steals it, it's entirely your fault for trusting him in the first place. Should mods interfere, they should do it just like a regular player would, with the possibility of stealing it without any repercussions (just like any other player).

On probation for speaking out against the mods? That's extreme abuse of mod powers. Should any mod do anything even remotely similar he should get his mod powers revoked immediately.
