[1.3][Hardcore] Poison Arrow build showcase and guide

Hi! Now that MoM is moved in beta, is i worth going in to dualist? or is it unefficient?

I'm using your beta build. So far i like frenzy stacking with
But i feel energy shield items are now bad because Acrobatics. Should i still try to collect energy shield items? I have used hunreds alterations trying to get +2 +1 bow. Should be possible because itemlevel is enough at least when checking poemods site? Feeling doupt it is not the case.
Still using decoy totem because I have used it from get go and kinda used to it.
But would helmet be sufficient with
spell totem - skeletons - flame golem - blind ?
I have about 150%(witouth gem) item rarity and usually finishing bossed with puncture.
puncture - chaos dmg - item rarity - culling strike
Also is pa bad idea to use as 5 link with
faster projectiles - slower -projectiles - concentrated effect - culling strike?
Also would phase run be usefull with frenzy boots? Also is item quantity important?
Perandus Blazon will only give 6% which seems unreasonable.
