2. Gloves make any build that uses lightning/shock twice as effective in stacking shock stacks. I think players who use Alpha Howl's and Kaom's Heart will probably give this pair of gloves a miss.

Point 4 is pretty much untrue. The life range on gloves is usually 80-90, and on a player with many life % nodes, that's easily 400-600HP lost.

Also, the elemental resistance will be crucial especially in high lvl maps with ele weakness and -max res. So comparing this new unique glove to a pretty decent rare glove with 10-15 IAS, 80-90 HP and two 40 res, that's so much you will be losing.

I think this paragraph pretty much sums it up.

You sacrifice sustainability for DPS if you choose to use this pair of gloves.
