A. If the ring rolls EVERYTHING twice. GG it's the best ring hands down no questions asked.
B. If it only rolls damage, it averages a 25% reduction in lightning damage(damage where it can vary from 1-999999)

NO WAY! I think it works only with damage taken. If you for example have 25% to block, second roll will give you overal 50% to block, it cant work in that way. Only roll for damage, after evasion/block/dodge.

There is no roll for evasion. It's a static defense. If you have 50% evasion ever other attack will miss you.

There are rolls for evasion, but its not completely random. Its far from fixed though.

wow caster with low life build + rf + pain attunement + blood rage + shavronne chest + redbeak + rise of the phoenix + 2 lori lantern ring = GG latos

someone will say : "yeah only if u can afford all of those equip", yeah i know its expensive, but compared to other expensive build, this low life rf build is insanely strong

edit: i forgot to mention with this build u can run free aura with ur life, that can say a free aura
