It hasn't tested weak in our balance testing. I'll keep an eye out on how its used in the next couple of weeks.

Does the mana gained on hit scale with dmg effectiveness like lgoh?

I have a confession to make. I'm obsessed with this game LOL. I don't remember the last time I was so impressed by the level of support and additions the developers have given to a game. I bought two dozen games on the steam Christmas sale which I still haven't had a chance to fire up.

Pretty sure I'm spoiled for life. I'm going to complain every time developers fail to add stuff fast enough in any future games I play.

I don't think this ring was meant to be viable for end game(though I'm sure someone will make a build around it) and that's okay. It only requires lvl 30 and will be great for sustaining resources while leveling. Every unique can't be just for late game.

I think that is a pretty crappy thing to say. I could easily see one of my new alts using that item all the way up to the end of a3 merciless. Lvl 30-60 np. Every unique can't be endgame items. And this one in particular will be amazing for leveling imho.

Agreed - Excellent leveling ring. Attach some sadimas touch, a quill rain with split arrow/chain, and off you go to merciless :)
