That life and mana on hit is very significant and could be combined with regen to make a mana sufficient build without clarity or BM/EB.

No, the other slot is disabled.

The MoH makes it so your aoe skills don't cost mana and the LoH makes it so you don't need to socket a LoH gem... seems pretty nasty to me.
then this drawback seems a bit harsh comparing to other uniques, isn't it?

It's not worth 2 rings at all, 24 All resist, + 15 mana/+ 30 life on hit with a perfect roll (Mana isn't rolled, just the life and resists), and Curses are usually blocked with Granite Flasks with Curse dispel, with 2 rings you can get a whole lot of hp, and just by wearing 2 Prismatics you can get the same resists with the base res they give, but as I write this I think that for a level 30 +30 hp per hit is a whole lot, it might be fun to use for a few levels on 30.

a LoH gem is about 50 LoH at level 20. I really don't think 28 will suffice..

Given that a good pair of prismatic rings will likely net you 140 hp, ~50% all res, and then some damage and what have you. I don't see much use for this one..

I wrote the text, it was to align with the mods, but as mods cannot be put in any order you want, it didn't turn in the order i liked.

If you want to change the flavourtext at all, just let us know. It's very easy to do, and will be retroactive to any existing items.

Finally!

Well done mate. I like this unique. It's powerful, but not OP. And I was really hoping to see some mana gain on hit somewhere in the game. I can see this ring being priceless while leveling new chars. Cheers.

you can pad it a bit with leech/passives/other loh stuff, in order to save that gem spot... hell don't LA rangers get full on one attack? even without don't anything it would take 2. I know my split arrow (not chain) gets almost all of health back with like like 36 LoH.

I get your point, but I do think it will allow you to replace the gem, but maybe not by itself
