It would definitely imply that they have more insight in general. Some people have no vision and all they do is try to devalue other people's ideas without coming up with any of their own. Its obvious that GGG no longer cares about fair and balanced competitive pvp. The sooner we get past that the better. They obviously want pvp in the hands of the community. Well give the community some tools and maybe it will happen.
p.s. I won the first GGG sponsored LLD community with live stream and PvP ladder with multiple series of matchups. I won for HC WITH MELEE when puncture was the most OP thing. No one was able to catch up to my prowess until benches and master mods. I still have some of the best UNBENCHED gear around. There is no doubt of my skill so please spare me. Maybe one day these legendary pvp monsters players will figure this one out. Also, the pvp is so figured out at the moment that there really isnt any true skill in the build creation part either.
