the 8.84 crit base makes the tree/gears of this build more flexible,
e.g. use scold's bridle instead of rat's.

talking at mirror gear section, the fastest base will always win ( cc is capped anyway )
for budget version skean is the best to get some extra crit with a decent speed, but mirrored coc dagger will be useless in the upcoming content patch :)
mastercraft all the way will be needed to get flat cold dmg for the EE trigger.

ofc with gears/tree in this guide, higher cc base dagger is pointless since cc alrdy capped.
but all the gears/tree can be flexible with pheonix thirst.

e.g.
1. if you use scold's instead of rat's, cc is still capped with pheonix thirst, and u deal more dps.

2. or let's just keep rat's, i saw u meta craft elron rings with 15% crit suffix, so how about using 7% ias instead of 15% cc on two rings? cc is still capped with pheonix thirst (there's even more room for u to drop some cc on gears/tree), and the result attack speed will be higher.

3. or u can just simply take off some crit nodes or some crit mods on jewels for other offense nodes/mods.

about ee trigger, I feel that crafting a flat cold dmg prefix on one ring instead of 20%ev prefix is better tradeoff than discarding 30~34% spell dmg for a flat cold. isnt it?
