Didn't see that flask change coming... immunity to effects is a major boost in many areas. Is "while the flask is in effect" still turned off once you're fully healed after popping a healing potion?

WTF is a "precon balance change"?
Shower thought: no two rares are the same. So rares are unique, while uniques are not. On the other hand, uniques are rare, while rares are not.

Chaos bond nerf best part of patch.
Phylacteral link changes don't sound like they've fixed any of the issues people had with it. Should be a good patch anyway. |
