" Why should they define what they dont even want in the game in the first place? Its like going to the store and saying i wish you had this one product but i dont know what it is. Its not going anywhere with a SFL because you see, with this many posts, only a few actually want this, make a head count in this thread because a poll can be manipulated and biased. And no GGG post in here either, so thats like mother ignoring the nagging child. I hope they let this thread die or close it as its a duplicate thread anyways, there are SFL threads already, but people felt the need to rephrase it in the thread title and push for something they wont get. |

Maybe for one thread, fine, but with this many postings and threads on this topic, GGG could finally make a forum post and explain if they would allow such a concept or not, and why not if they don't want to. Again, i know there are good reasons for not doing this and i understand if it's too much for ggg. Ignoring it is not making these threads go away. Did you count how many posted in here? Thats how many really want this.
They dont have to post that they dont want this as much as you dont have to be told not to kill, you know you dont do it period. GGG wants trading in this game to be a thing and we either do it or we dont. I dont trade but i dont need some silly league for playing self found either because it can already be done. |

I think the reason mrpetrov wanted to let GGG choose how to design SFL is not because he doesn't know how what he wants it to be, but in order to sound less demanding.

" The whole player base doesnt want this or they would post in here, therefore it stands to reason that the few that post here are supposed to be enough to warrant the creation of a SFL but its not. So youre brainwashed into thinking that trading and playing self found is impossible, awesome, good for you. I play self found, others trade, i never had problems. |

Make a head count in here, see how many people you got, then you have the extreme SFL proponents who actually want it and thats your rough number. Dont tell me those strawpolls are representative as everyone can just vote a million times and scew the results. Play SFL in the game as it is, for why do you need a league for that? You dont want increased drop rates, you dont want to trade either, and the game doesnt force you to trade anyways, its not like you cant progress without trading. So there, its already in the game unless you want some silly ladder thats not gonna do anybody any good because people would just buy accounts that have good items and orbs on them. RMT would still affect SFL just as much as the trading part of the game has RMT. And still, no one can define what a SFL is, and GGG wont define it for you as they dont want it. |

" That's a pretty bad way to go about suggestions. You look at the suggestion. You try to see if it makes sense or not and then you tell us your opinion. Let me clarify that your opinion is fine, it's not what i have a problem with. What i have a big problem with is the tyrranical way of some posters trying to shut up suggestions. There are good arguments on both sides, simply saying "it's not my problem so beat it" is bad. Scrolling through the thread and counting voices will never lead to anything here. I was on the fence about posting here because i know i will have to deal with insults, for one thing. And i'm not even what you call an extreme SFL Proponent. I play the game, have fun.
