Try doing high level maps with 0 points in damage with the item, please show me your tree with life and 0 points in damage with a video. 77 or 78 map then come back and tell me its OP. The mjolner alone cost 40ex, with 40ex that can get you a complete set of many other builds that clear (probably faster) then it. (TS, fire prolif, ele wander, ect) But you are so focused on one item it makes me curious what exactly you've played in this game.

Low life builds>mjolner always have been always will be. Arc provides good chance to shock (so does the damage nodes most builds get) And contrary to your belief there are some mjolner builds that don't go crit.

To answer your question before, yes mjolner needs a tone down whether we are talking about a 200 ex mjolner build or a lower cost one (stupid seeing as mjolner itself is like 50 ex)

You keep making this a wealth / league / jealousy / uber atziri thing. I used uber atziri as an example of how mjolner's dps *without investment* can shit on 100k hp white mobs and 2 mln hp bosses. It is the ultimate endgame and toughest test in the game and one item trivializes it ... regardless if its a lowlife build or an HP build or a CI build. Imagine what it does to other content.

Lol without investment, shit just cost like 250+ ex nbd. Almost all low life builds trivalize uber atziri, it isn't specific to mjolner. Hell there is a budget archer trapper build around here that trivalizes uber atziri, lets nerf that shit too.

Like I said before if you invest that much into a character and it doesn't shit on everything, then something is wrong.

50% on mjolner is too high, it should be limited to one lightning spell ideally, and / or there needs to be an ICD or proc cap with its molten / lightning strike interaction. Lets completely change an item because its 1/4 "op" low life builds that does uber atziri very well. A bug is much different then an item working in an intended manner, this item isn't that new its been used for 2-3 leagues now without much issue.

But please go ahead and make it legacy I got mine already. Like I said before making it legacy won't stop people in standard.

Is your issue with OP builds in standard or that a few weeks down the road people will use this in the leagues?

As for legacy those are to not upset the people that found and item in an ARPG game. Imagine you played the game and found an item and a year later come back and its rolls were reduced in 1/2 (or whatever) you'd be pissed and not play anymore.

My obsession if your picking on 1 item, used with low life, low life in general is expensive and powerful. I don't understand why you can't see low life with other weapons are just as powerful (if not more) then mjolner is with it.

As for a life based mjolner build, I have given you a challenge, take it or leave it, up to you.

I know mjolner dont need crit, that's my point. It dont need crit, it dont need any spell dmg investment .... because of the 1 mln procs of arc going on in 1 second.

Here is a video of a normal atziri run, and here is one of an 78 courtyard.

No damage nodes in tree. Well there are some aura nodes and herald of thunder, but that's it.

Judge for yourself. This is completely without investing in damage at all.
