Taking a break is alwasy good :)

But yeah current and last league are disapointing, i wish softcore league where harder and even with the last changes the tormented spirit still suck really bad (how many time i have had one run past a full group wihout infecting anything)

For me Act 4 will seal the deal in Feb and then ill see.

Bloodlines is pretty fun, at least those will have been implemented in the core game by then.

I love all the simple-minded replies about being a "visionary". Most of the trolls don't even know what it means, but you fought the good fight. Sure you and I butted heads a few times but that will happen in any game. You had ideas that you shared and hoped to benefit the game, but again a blind eye was turned towards a major contributor who really had an understanding of the game and how to improve it.

I left a little before you, and have tried to come back again and again but really the grinding has no point anymore. And as far "standard-snobs": why spend all that time when eventually you will wind up in the "dumpster" league as you "elites" call it, or keep on the HC path until the "desync-demon" catches up with you and then you cry because it is so unfair.

SC, GL to man. Hope you find a way to come back to this game, because I sure as hell can't.

IIRC, on a recent podcast, Chris stated that a whiteboard contained the phrase:

Act4: April 1?

or something of the sorts. Yeah, April Fools, y'know?

Anyway, best of luck to you, Sexcalibure. Give up the grinding and go enjoy life. I'm quitting again until 1.4 myself sometime within the next week.

Video games are fun, but for me, life is too much more fun to pass it by with just video games. And this game definitely requires some dedication that eats into the rest of life.

I can't imagine how well some of these guys deal with relationship break ups.
