Ambush at Zana costs 12 chaos? For 4 strong boxes??

If carto boxes are the main issue here then I would rather they be removed entirely. They are crazy rare anyhow.

GGG could balance this for solo by letting you basically buy 1 to 6 portals. You could buy one portal for 1/6th of the current price for yourself and that's it.

I kinda feel like the carto in Vaal Temple with 25 77-78 maps and 15 other maps was totally worth 12c+12v

I thought those mods were a chaos sink. So, if they're a sink, the point is of not making more chaos than you put in. But on the other hand you get the chance of finding a league specific unique, which might be worth several ex (which could be converted to chaos again).

I got this from a magic arcanist box which I rolled +8 items mod on :) (my first ever eternal)

I guess 12 chaos for 4 boxes is a fun little gamble, if you can afford it.

Just take your currency and be ready to roll those shiny boxes!

I think you need to refresh yourself on the definition of "gamble". Gambling is by it's nature a bad choice: the odds are against you. When the odds are for you, you call it an "investment". There's a reason investing isn't as much fun as gambling, and that's because of a flaw in human brains that drives us towards high-risk behavior as long as there is a possibility (no matter how remote) of high reward.

All the Zana options are meant for 76+ maps. If you onslaught a 70 map of course the added quality will not get you a return.. After 76s however EVERY Zana Mod is worth the chaos spent. The thread is, of course, pointless..

You play in Torment and yet you don't know the 76 map prices there?

You would do this if it rolled amazing mods like say Packsize, Magic Monsters and Beyond.
