Something you could do during [some?] races is stream, in realtime, a multitwitch of (e.g.) the top 4 characters in a race who are streaming.

You may even be able to arrange something with twitch themselves, seeing as they've collaborated with you to integrate twitch in-game.

You could have occasional commentary from guest racers.

Kripp commentated some kind of sponsored PoE race with 4 simultaneous streams, a while ago. It's on youtube somewhere.
