could you not possibly make an tag/code for it on the forums that your site recognizes? also, your program could add that automatically to the post

like:

{[chosenname:Nivius]}

this way the site can show a name that i chose it to do it is "my problem" that i write the right name there

Exactly this for me as well...
Only indexed when I first bumped it myself

I'm guessing I got my IP banned on poe.trade for refreshing 3 tabs once a minute to monitor new stuff..

What would be an acceptable way to do that (once in 5 minutes?) and what is the process of removing the ban?

Today when I search for rares, I keep finding listings from 2014-2013. Are they supposed to be kept listed on xyz for that long? Got a lot of confused sellers who forgot they even put up the thread xD
